Job Title: Solutions Design Manager

Duties:
* Lead strategic warehouse solutions by understanding client requirements, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
* Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
* Be the primary liaison with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and translating those needs into visionary and practical warehouse designs that enhance their operational efficiency.
* Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and evolution of warehouse solutions.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company's overall financial success.
* Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
