Production Manager Dungannon We are working with a leading food manufacturing business seeking to appoint an experienced Production Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across production operations, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and delivering continuous improvement across the site. What's on offer: Salary £40-45k Overtime 28 days holiday 40hour working week Life Insurance Your day to day Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure output targets are achieved Drive a strong quality culture, implementing and maintaining robust quality control processes Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Work cross-functionally to ensure production aligns with customer specifications and delivery schedules Lead, coach, and develop production teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Manage workforce planning including scheduling, delegation, and job rotation Your essential ingredients Minimum 3 years' experience in a Production Manager role within manufacturing Strong understanding of quality control systems and continuous improvement methodologies Proven ability to analyse processes and implement operational improvements Mechanical or technical knowledge of production equipment is desirable Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Experience in staff scheduling and competent across standard IT systems Interested in finding out more?
