ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs using all available tools.
2. Conduct safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed.
3. Collaborate with Service Consultants to communicate vehicle needs and repairs.
4. Work with Team Leads to complete assigned tasks.
5. Operate efficiently to complete vehicles promptly, utilizing lean production methods.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Help maintain shop equipment and tools, returning them after use.
8. Attend training sessions and departmental meetings.
9. Operate all tools and equipment safely.

Demonstrate professional and interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure high customer satisfaction. Foster a supportive environment and work towards team goals. Maintain a positive, cooperative atmosphere. Possess problem-solving skills for complex or ill-defined situations.
Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, etc.:
* 2+ years of automotive experience; Mercedes experience preferred.
* Familiarity with auto industry and Mercedes-Benz products is a plus but not required.
* Enrolled in or completed technician training is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
* Professional appearance and work ethic.
