Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrician based in Verwood.
This role is heavily focused on solar PV installations, with the successful candidate playing a key role in delivering high-quality renewable energy systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and commissioning solar PV and battery storage systems, alongside EV chargers and general electrical works.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Installation and commissioning of solar PV and battery storage systems
* Supporting full property rewires, new builds, and LED lighting projects
* Fault finding, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
* Carrying out inspections and ensuring full compliance with safety and industry standards

Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience in electrical installations and maintenance
* Essential: Previous hands‑on experience installing solar PV systems
* Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills
* Good understanding of electrical systems and principles
* Knowledge of current regulations and safety standards
* Experience with EV chargers and battery storage (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and workmanship
