Front of House Team Member
Worcester | Fitness & Wellbeing | Permanent | Part-time
Salary £26,707.20 pro rata per annum
12 hours per week, mostly weekend shifts, 8 & 4 hour shifts
7.30-3.30pm, 12-8pm, 7.30-12 & 3.30-8pm
Availability to cover shifts in the week will be needed as well as we are open 7 days a week

As a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at our Worcester Fitness & Wellbeing club, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
As a Member of the Front of House Team / Receptionist, you will:
1. Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
2. Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
3. Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
4. Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
5. Support the café team, with preparing and serving drinks
