You will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher in establishing the aims for the school and take the lead on the strategic development of SEND provision. Sharing responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the school, you will be able to lead and model exemplary teaching practice and be equipped with the skills to develop colleagues. Your knowledge of statutory frameworks, deep understanding of how children learn and ability to assess learning, together with your ability to establish positive and engaging relationships with all stakeholders makes you an ideal applicant for this role, which will be class based, initially in Year One.
