Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in the Greater Edinburgh Area. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, manage staff, ensure excellent visitor reception and service, handle reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve complaints. This role also involves coordination with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
* Leadership, team management, and staff training skills
* Customer service, guest relations, and conflict resolution skills
* Knowledge of front office systems, reservation handling, and administrative tasks
* Ability to coordinate with other departments and ensure operational efficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
