Responsibilities
* Deal with all kinds of trade members every day at the TradePoint counter.
* Take ownership of your TradePoint members and get to know them and their business through great conversations.
* Recommend the right products and services for them.
Qualifications
* A great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with all kinds of colleagues and customers.
* Adjust your approach in different situations, build relationships with customers & have an eye for new business opportunities.
* Love helping trade members get great value for themselves and their clients through promotions and signing up to our trade loyalty scheme.
* Willingly pitch in as part of a team and be flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Happy to continuously develop skills through training and learning from others.
