Position: Street Sales Rep
Location: Swindon
Salary £16,640 basic salary, realistic first year earnings - £40k plus contribution to travel expenses - WEEKLY PAID!!
Hours Contracted to work 5 x 8 hour days per working week including at least 2
Saturdays
This is an exciting opportunity for people looking for a new direction. My client is looking to recruit Street Sales Reps to join their team. We are looking for people with excellent selling skills and the ability to approach the general public and look for them to sign up as a new donor for some of the most recognisable national charities
You will be working in pre-paid venues across the UK (supermarkets, shopping centres etc) signing up the general public to sponsor charity groups by Direct Debit. You will be targeted to sign up an agreed number per week, and the more you sign up the more you earn! Your basic salary will be paid directly into your account WEEKLY - and commission is uncapped!
On top of this you will be employed with a contract of employment, 28 days, holiday first class training and development. Travel expenses will be covered and if you are required for an overnight stay that will also be paid for too.
You will be led by experienced Area Managers and team leaders to ensure you have the correct support in order to increase your earning potential.
The Ideal Sales Rep Will
* Previous experience in a Direct Sales / Customer Service / Sales Representative role
* Full UK driving licence & vehicle
* The flexibility to work weekends
* Experience of working to targets
* A high level of self-motivation
* A strong work ethic
* A positive attitude
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Able to complete paperwork accurately and on time
Key Facts
You must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home from time to time, so this is not just your average 9-5 (Mileage is expensed back)
