Family Solicitor – Norwich
Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented family lawyer to join a highly regarded, top 50 UK law firm at its thriving Norwich office.
The Role:
This is an exciting chance for a Family Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to work alongside a market-leading family law team. You’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including financial settlements and children-related work, while building strong client relationships and developing your own caseload over time.
This position offers a fantastic platform for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative team. You’ll have exposure to high-quality, complex work for a diverse client base and the opportunity to develop your expertise within an award-winning firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements and children matters
* Supporting senior team members on complex cases
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and other stakeholders
* Demonstrating initiative and excellent time management to meet client needs efficiently
About You:
* Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in family law, ideally gained at a large regional or City firm
* Excellent academic record and a passion for family law
* Strong drafting and research skills with a high level of written English
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ambitious, self-motivated and keen to provide a first-class service
* A proactive, team-focused approach with excellent organisation and documentation management
* High level of IT literacy and adaptability
