Salary: Grade 3, £15,585 - £16,080 per annum. £12.45 - £12.84 per hour (pro rata based on 37 hours per week)
Hours: 24 hours per week

Your Role
You will be part of the kitchen team supporting residents with dementia at a busy residential home in Leigh. Your responsibilities include supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring their dietary needs are met while respecting their individual wishes and promoting independence. You will work closely with the Cook and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
About You
You should be flexible to the needs of the service, willing to work on a rota that includes unsociable hours and weekends. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with knowledge of meeting dietary and nutritional needs. You should be kind, caring, understanding of dementia, and demonstrate values and compassion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
