Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Manager based in Motherwell. The Contract Manager will oversee contractual engagements, manage project budgets and timelines, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, team leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, evaluating risks, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Qualifications
* Contract Management, Risk Assessment, and Negotiation skills
* Project Management and Scheduling abilities
* Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Compliance and Legal documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
* Proficiency in using Office and Cone software for traffic management design
* Knowledge and experience of the traffic management industry is essential
