Job Description
The Charities Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Providing expert legal advice to charities and not-for-profit organisations.
4. Working on Corporate finance deals
5. Assisting clients with corporate governance related matters.
6. Advising on charity registration and restructuring processes.
7. Working closely with other team members
8. Helping on business development
9. management of juniors.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Charities Solicitor should have:
10. A background in Corporate law
11. Likely to be around 5 years PQE upwards
12. An interest to work for charity clients
13. Ties to Leeds
