A great opportunity has arisen to join our Admin team for 21.6 hours per week as admin support to the Community Mental Health Team. A minimum of 2 years administrative experience and excellent communication skills are preferred but not essential.
This position provides admin support to the Community Mental Health Team and will be based in Portree Hospital.
It is an exciting and challenging role that requires the individual to support the team in all admin duties by answering calls, organising appointments and answering any general enquires for the team/ patients as well as attending daily/ weekly meetings and updating various systems with patient information as well as helping set up and send out course information.
The job requires an individual to be able to prioritise their workload, treat all individual’s data with care and understand GDPR, work in a structured manner and follow policies and procedures and while delivering this support, be able to be empathetic and understanding to team members as well as clients who work within and use this service.
