The Role
The Property Apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge, skills, qualifications and understanding required to be a Property Lawyer. You will work in our offices supporting the teams with a mix of administrative and legal work and will have the equivalent to one day per week studying with our chosen provider.
Due to growth we have vacancies for 2 apprentices in our Colchester office and 1 apprentice in our Woodbridge office.
Over the course of the apprenticeship you will obtain a CLC qualification. At the end of the apprenticeship you will become a Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 4 years of practical experience.
You will gain experience in managing a Conveyancing caseload with support from your Line Manager and Training Manager. This will include reviewing property title documents, mortgages and much more.
The Candidate
* A-levels: CCC or equivalent.
* Five GCSEs at Level 4 (c) or above including English and Maths.
* Ability to work independently whilst also being a Team Player.
* Friendly and caring attitude.
* Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Strong willingness to learn and ability to absorb constructive criticism effectively.
