Role Purpose
To manage all aspects of a recurring program through the development and maintenance of project business processes and documentation to comply with the project charters. Deliver the project on cost, time, and performance, and manage customer and stakeholder interfaces.

This opportunity, based at our Prestwick site, offers:

Responsibilities
* Lead discussions and be the lead customer interface for all aspects of program execution.
* Manage the customer interface for all aspects of Rate Readiness.
* Develop and maintain reports in line with Business and Customer requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual and corporate requirements, including ASR, utilizing the business functional support.
* Manage and ensure compliance with Programme Management best practices in line with company policy.
* Execute all Program Assessments including IPCA, PMCA, APQP, Rate Readiness, etc., and ensure function alignment and buy-in.
* Manage the on-time delivery and execution of all customer-driven recurring changes, ensuring PoEs are achieved with no financial impact to Spirit.
* Maintain programme review structures internally and externally.
* Coordinate customer reviews, ensuring all actions are completed timely.
* Support the Program Manager/Director to deliver objectives.
* Develop programme management plans and breakdown structures.
* Manage risk processes, including RIO/BCB/PCCB, and mitigation actions, with risks captured in financial plans and forecasts.
* Develop and maintain communication plans for key stakeholders.
* Support management of the Programme department's Labour & Overhead budgets in line with targets.
* Handle issues and conflicts resolution.
* Manage the PDR process for team members using all people processes effectively.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Ideally qualified or progressing towards APMP Diploma in Project Management.
* Effective communication skills, able to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms with all levels of the business, customers, suppliers, and external organizations.
* Strong team working skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent budget and financial management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Process-oriented mindset, capable of root cause analysis.
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
* Experience with Project Management models and principles (Lifecycle, Business Case, Change Management, etc.).
* Business awareness across SAP processes, operational measures, and financial reporting.
* Leadership qualities to manage business change programs.
Decision-Making Authority
* Makes daily decisions related to project cost, quality, and delivery to meet the original business case.
* Supports strategic decisions at this level.
* Primary customer interface on schedule matters.
