The Role
As Curriculum Manager, you will take ownership of curriculum development projects, ensuring learning programmes remain engaging, current and aligned to industry and learner needs throughout the contract period.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing new courses and diplomas
* Reviewing and enhancing existing curriculum content
* Writing, editing and quality-assuring learning materials and assessments
* Contributing to instructional design strategy and discussions
* Working closely with internal teams and external partners
* Ensuring curriculum quality, consistency and best practice
* Supporting effective digital learning delivery
Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for an experienced curriculum professional who can quickly add value and work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
* Experience in curriculum development, instructional design or learning content creation
* Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and best practice
* Excellent writing, editing and quality assurance skills
* Experience with digital learning platforms or online education delivery
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
