Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for people and processes? The Celtic Collection is looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic Talent and Development team.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks across the hiring process, including:
Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
Maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assisting with onboarding and compliance documentation
Supporting recruitment events and liaising with external partners
Generating reports and metrics to support decision-making
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or recruitment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Desirable:
Experience using an ATS or HRIS system
Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements
