Due to continued growth, internal progression, and new office openings, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help manage our Industrial division at our Hull Head Office.
This is a hot desk within a well-established, high-performing team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships within sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and engineering.
Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. If you come from a sales, customer service, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or engineering background and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as the key point of contact for both clients and candidates across the industrial sector, developing strong relationships and delivering workforce solutions.
Developing and managing your own portfolio of industrial clients
Proactively winning new business within the industry
Sourcing and attracting candidates for roles such as production operatives, warehouse staff, FLT drivers, and more
Registering, interviewing, and ensuring full candidate compliance
Building and maintaining strong candidate pools to support high-volume and time-sensitive staffing requirements
Supporting clients with workforce planning, shift cover, and peak demand periods
Attending networking events, recruitment fairs, and local job initiatives
Working towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and financial targets
Handling inbound enquiries from clients and candidates
Supporting and mentoring team members
Participating in on-call duties (rota-based)
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or industrial environments (desirable, not essential)
Understanding of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing (advantageous)
A proven ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships
A confident, professional, and approachable communication style
A driven, resilient, and target-focused mindset
Strong written and spoken English
Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points for minor offences); own vehicle preferred
