You will deliver structured, classroom-based teaching and assessment to electrical apprentices, supporting them through their qualifications and End Point Assessment. The role is ideal for a trainer who is confident in curriculum delivery, learner management, and apprenticeship standards, and who enjoys supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential. The Role: * Deliver a structured electrical curriculum aligned to apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements * Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours * Conduct progress reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback to learners * Prepare apprentices for gateway and End Point Assessment * Liaise with employers, curriculum teams, and EPA organisations to support learner progression * Maintain accurate learner records and off-the-job training evidence using approved systems * Support learners with additional needs in collaboration with ALS teams The Person: * Level 3 Electrical qualification such as 2365, 8202, 2330, or 2360, or equivalent * Recognised teaching qualification such as AET, CET, or equivalent * Proven experience deliv...
