Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice – Surrey Salary: Up to £64,000 CPD allowance professional fees generous pet care benefits We’re an independent, growing veterinary practice in Surrey with a supportive 10-vet team and a commitment to providing excellent in-house care for our patients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join us. The Role: 4 days per week, working either 8am–6pm or 12pm–8pm (rota pattern) 1 in 4 Saturdays (no Sundays, no OOH) Split between our two well-equipped clinics (2 days at each) Varied caseload with opportunities to work up cases in-house Support from a friendly, collaborative team About You: Confident in both routine surgeries and consultations Comfortable with a degree of clinical independence Passionate about patient care and keen to keep developing your skills A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive work environment What We Offer: Salary up to £64,000 (depending on experience) CPD allowance and support for professional development Professional fees paid (RCVS, VDS, relevant memberships) Discounted pet care Independent practice ethos – clinical freedom and no corporate red tape If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference, be supported by a close-knit team, and have the time and resources to work up your cases, we’d love to hear from you.
