The new Head of Marketing will be joining a team to support with the structural guidance, build out and overall strategy moving forwards. As a DTC brand, we are industry leading and this role will be vital to bolster our upper funnel marketing strategies and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
-Improve brand awareness to attract customers and identifying new customer segments and GTM strategies in the US.
-Work on social media campaigns, especially on TikTok, including influencer, affiliate and UGC strategies.
-Think outside of the box with new creative ideas to attract customers and push the brand ahead of competitors in the global market.
-Establish experiential marketing strategies both physically and digitally to create brand affinity with customers. Including but not limited to pop-up stores, brand activations, workshops, and virtual events.
-Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to optimize future initiatives. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
-Mentor and lead a diverse marketing team currently in place and develop the hiring strategy for new and talented marketing professionals.
-Manage budget requirements and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
MBA is a plus.
-Deep experience with social media strategies, brand awareness, experiential marketing and new market development, specifically in the US.
-Must come from a background of cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG.
-Strong ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas for engaging content and campaigns.
-Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
-Proven track record of developing and leading diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
