LFP Senior Product Engineer
, you'll play a vital role in delivering our lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell technology across high-impact programmes—particularly in the passenger vehicle sector.
You will be at the forefront of industrialising our LFP product lineup, contributing to the development and validation of next-generation solutions that meet customer demands and maintain our competitive edge. Key Responsibility Areas
What You'll Do
* Be the technical authority for Agratas' LFP products—internally and externally.
* Support product strategy by contributing deep technical insights and competitive benchmarking.
* Lead LFP technology discussions during internal reviews and customer engagements.
* Develop and refine validation plans aligned to product and customer requirements.
* Ensure successful programme delivery through quality documentation and engineering support at key gateways.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, validation, pack integration, and commercial teams to enable seamless product implementation.
Job Context
Essential Skills & Experience
* Deep technical understanding of LFP cell chemistry and architecture, preferably for passenger vehicle applications.
* Proven experience in battery cell validation, integration, or development.
* Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
* Effective communicator with the ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working with or for a Tier 1 battery manufacturer.
* Familiarity with commercial LFP cell analysis.
* Experience with PLM systems and structured engineering documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.
