If you're seeking a client-side role with the dynamic culture of a marketing agency, this UI / UX Designer position combines the advantages of both worlds.
UI / UX Designer role within the in-house creative agency:
Works within the internal creative and digital agency team, including designers, copywriters, video/animation specialists, and a multi-channel digital marketing team, reporting to the Creative Lead, who comes from top digital agency backgrounds.
The internal studio supports the Marketing Strategy Heads, Leads, and Executives across the 14 different business brand areas throughout Europe.
The UI / UX Designer will focus on larger web builds and campaigns, with increased involvement in main brand sites.
The role's scope is broad, from user experience design for marketing campaigns to contributing to a major digital product for Europe, working alongside the software team over the next year.
You will lead the design of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across websites, apps, landing pages, and internal tools, utilizing behavioral data, user research, and UX best practices to create seamless user journeys—from wireframes to polished UI.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design skills is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end principles are essential. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
