Responsibilities
* Own the Salesforce platform technically, managing a Salesforce Operations Team to maintain high standards.
* Manage a pipeline for continuous improvements, bug fixes, and platform updates.
* Oversee the development and deployment of new functionalities as part of our transformation program.
* Collaborate with various teams to deliver an outstanding experience for colleagues and customers.
* Balance work between remote and on-site at our Leeds workspace.
Candidate profile
We’re looking for hardworking, driven individuals ready for a new challenge. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience with major technology programs and enterprise applications on Salesforce.
* Experience managing Salesforce operations and leading technical teams.
* Technical skills with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and integrations with APIs.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in Computer Science and Salesforce certifications.
Benefits
The role offers a salary of £64,391 per annum, a 35-hour workweek, 26 days of annual leave (rising to 31), plus Bank Holidays. We provide a comprehensive reward package, including health and wellbeing support, pension contributions, retail discounts, and more.
