We are looking for a Chef with recent experience within a professional kitchen environment in a Sous Chef position, where fresh produce was utilised. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate and eager to contribute to a menu that respects tradition while embracing innovation.
Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
This role does provide accommodation, so you must be able to relocate to site orreliably commute.
You will need:
* Experience as a Sous Chef, in a professional kitchen
* The desire to grow your knowledge and skills
* A full British passport or the right to work in the UK, this role does not provide sponsorship
* Able to reliably commute or reloacte to site, accomodation available
* To be a team player who is adaptable
* Proficiency in maintaining high standards
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation
* Engage in daily storage and inventory management
* Support other kitchen staff during peak times
