About the Role:As Supervisor of our flagship store you will be a passionate ambassador for the Johnstons of Elgin brand.
This role will be essential in supporting the Sales & Operations Manager in guiding, motivating, and developing the team to deliver the highest level of customer experience and store performance.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 5 days from 7, 38 hours per week. Salary is starting from £26,142 per annum, depending on experience.
About You
* You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
* Supporting in coaching and giving feedback to the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and lead by example
* You will provide an energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor, driving sales and growing customer engagement with previous supervisory experience preferably in a luxury environment
* Experience in visual merchandising and the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role
