Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
* Lead and deliver on a range of high:profile projects from inception through to completion
* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
* Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
* Significant post qualification experience in an Architectural Technician role within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
* Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience delivering projects across various sectors
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
