Marketing Executive
Basingstoke (Hybrid, 2 days per week work from home)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits
Our client, a well established, global outsourcing partner to many of the world’s most well-known and loved brands, focusing on responsible production that reduces environmental footprint. They are currently a small team with ambitious growth plans and are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join the team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Officer, and based in their Basingstoke office, you will have hands-on overall responsibility for multi-channel marketing campaigns with autonomy to bring fresh ideas and get stuck into all realms of marketing, with ambitious plans to become a disruptive B2B brand, there's no better time to join!
As this is a new role, your days will be varied but day to day, you could be…
* Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
* Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximise open rates and click-through rates.
* Manage and optimise LinkedIn presence to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful connections with industry professionals and potential customers.
* Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email, to attract and engage our target audience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand product/service features, benefits, and value propositions, and translate them into compelling content.
* Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and marketing objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
* Gather and analyse data to gain insights into target audience behaviour, needs, and pain points.
* Use market research findings to inform marketing strategies, campaign development, and content creation efforts.
About You:
* Creative thinker with enthusiasm to bring fresh ideas and implement the overall marketing strategy.
* Email marketing experience (ideally HubSpot) including database segmentation A/B testing.
* Content creation for use across multiple platforms including web, social, email.
* Social media management (mostly LinkedIn)
* Ability to analyse campaign performance and report to senior leadership.
* Experience with SEO and PPC would be a bonus!
