We are seeking an individual who:
* Has significant NHS medical workforce experience and a strong understanding of Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions.
* Can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing others.
* Brings strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Has substantial experience of medical recruitment, employment checks, and managing rotations for resident doctors.
* Has the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
* Demonstrates commitment to our Trust values: caring and compassionate, recognising individuality, seeking to involve, building team spirit, and taking personal responsibility.

Essential criteria
* Degree or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
* CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
* Significant medical workforce experience within the NHS, with in depth knowledge of Medical Terms and Conditions.
* Significant experience of recruitment to NHS Employment Check Standards
* Significant experience of managing resident doctor rotations.
* Experience of delivering on complex projects.
* Understanding of the UKVI visa requirements
Desirable criteria
* Experience of the consultant AAC process
* Experience of using Trac
* Experience of ESR
* Experience of e-Rota - designing rotas and managing exception reports
* Skills in reporting on standard compliance checks such as Right to Work, Fixed Term Contracts
* Experience in delivering training to others
