Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a complex transformation programme, operating at the front end of delivery to shape business problems, define value, and guide decision-making before solutions are selected.
This is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role. You'll work closely with Senior Business and Technology Stakeholders to develop business narratives, build investment cases, and ensure that initiatives are driven by clear, measurable outcomes.
If you've worked in ambiguous, transformation-led environments and enjoy influencing decisions rather than just documenting requirements, this is a high-impact role with strong stakeholder exposure.
Key Experience Needed
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes
* Strong background in business problem definition and discovery
* Experience developing business cases, value propositions, and investment narratives
* Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology
* Outcome-led approach to requirements (focused on value, not documentation)
* Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where direction evolves through discovery
* Strong understanding of how technology enables business outcomes (without being solution-led)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery activities to define core business problems, outcomes, and success measures
* Develop clear business narratives outlining why change is needed and the value it will deliver
* Support the creation of business cases, options assessments, and investment rationale
* Shape and prioritise outcome-led requirements aligned to business objectives
* Engage with senior stakeholders to align on direction and drive informed decision-making
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve ambiguity and build shared understanding
* Collaborate with technology teams to validate solution options against business outcomes
* Ensure initiatives remain focused on measurable value and business impact throughout delivery
