Residents live independently in their own apartments within our schemes, which also offer communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros, and hair salons. Working with familiar residents and colleagues every day, you'll build strong relationships and feel part of the Extra Care family. We value our Care Workers highly, with many Assistant Managers starting as Care Workers.

Everyone is different, but our commitment remains to high standards of care, enabling residents to live their best lives. Tasks include supporting with household tasks, making meals, encouraging residents to follow care plans, assisting with personal care, and ensuring medication is taken.

Our Care Workers:
* Are paid by the hour, £12.96 per hour, full-time equivalent £23,648 per annum
