Graduate Teacher – Secondary Schools Location: Luton We are looking for a motivated Graduate Teacher to join secondary schools across Luton, starting within the next few weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who want hands-on experience working with secondary-age students, regardless of subject specialism. Key Details: Pay: £90 per day Hours: Part-time or Full-time available but will need to be able to do full days 8:30am till 3:30pm Location: Luton (must be able to travel locally) Start Date: Immediate / within the next few weeks About the Role: Cover supervisor role Working with secondary students (ages 11–16/18) Supporting classroom learning and behaviour Delivering pre-planned lessons or providing general classroom support Gaining valuable experience in a secondary school environment Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any subject) Interest in working with secondary students Ability to travel between schools in Luton Strong communication and classroom presence Experience: Previous school experience is desirable but not essential Newly qualified graduates are welcome to apply This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or those considering a future career in education who want real classroom experience.
