Responsibilities: Engage directly with existing and potential customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs, pains, and challenges. Collaborate closely with the Principal Product Manager and senior business stakeholders to understand the vision and high-level product strategy. Create, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that delivers defined strategic goals. Seek out, gather, and track commercial, user, and sentiment metrics about the product. Determine the prioritization of activities in the roadmap that will positively impact metrics. Gain a clear understanding of competitors. Understand the commercial and business value of roadmap items and adapt prioritization accordingly. Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop best-practice solutions. Support GTM activities, communicating the value and benefits to customers and internal stakeholders.
