We are seeking a Part-Time Key Holder for a 12 hours-per-week contract. This is a permanent position.
Availability: Candidates must have availability on both weekdays and weekends.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Holder, you will ensure the smooth daily operations at Typo. The Key Holder reports to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and is responsible for executing the management team’s directives within the store. You will oversee Sales Associates’ attendance, productivity, and morale, providing support, guidance, and assistance in their duties. This role involves motivating and inspiring your team to work efficiently and maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude toward customers. Key Holders do not establish store policies or evaluate employee performance through written documentation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Retail sales experience demonstrating confidence in introducing new products and achieving sales targets
* Retail leadership experience with the ability to lead business aspects and develop team members
* Ability to complete tasks with urgency
* High standards of customer service
