As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved from the ground up, shaping the financial success of diverse projects. You'll prepare initial cost estimates and meticulously track variations, providing crucial profitability reports. Whether you're working with clients or contractors, in the office or on-site, you'll touch every stage of commercial and industrial construction. Experience with Commercial Buildings is an essential requirements for this position. This is a full-time on-site position in Billericay, Essex. The ideal candidate will have: A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proficiency in relevant industry-standard software. Proven experience within the commercial construction industry.
