About the Role
As HR Generalist, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, using your HR expertise to provide advice, guidance, and practical support across the employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and values flexibility.
What We’re Looking For
Previous HR experience (manufacturing background desirable)
Sound knowledge of current UK employment law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised, structured approach to work
Confidence using HR systems and MS Office
Adaptability to a changing work environment
