Cure Talent are thrilled to be working with medical technology company who specialises in flexible endoscopy across gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology, ENT and surgery.
We are seeking a Territory Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business growth across a portfolio of flexible endoscopy products. This is a business development focused role, ideal for someone with the mindset to open doors, win new customers and navigate complex sales cycles.
You will be responsible for engaging a broad range of stakeholders within hospitals, delivering product demonstrations, and developing long-term relationships that build preference and trust. The sales cycle typically spans 12 months, so persistence, strategy and a consultative approach are key.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Proactively identify, target and win new business across your territory
* Deliver high quality product demonstrations and clinical presentations to a range of hospital stakeholders
* Manage key accounts through scheduled visits ensuring strong customer satisfaction
* Maintain and grow pipeline through Salesforce, with clear focus on planning, tasks and outcomes
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver on sales projects and objectives
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in capital sales, ideally within endoscopy or a related medical device field
* Strong track record in new business development and complex, long-cycle sales
* Strategic and consultative approach to engaging multiple stakeholders in the NHS
* Based on patch in or around Cambridge, Peterborough or similar locations
* Full valid UK driving licence
