Job Title: Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks); please get in touch to discuss your preference.

Join an evidence-based provision delivering quality and neuro-affirming best practices. The role involves completing a preceptorship year under supervision, then working more independently after competency sign-off. You will assess and treat individuals, deliver meaningful activities, perform screenings and assessments, and provide training to staff and external agencies. Supervision and report writing support will be provided initially.
You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and therapy assistants, to create an environment where pupils can flourish and develop.

Qualifications and Skills
* Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons)
* Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Strong clinical problem-solving skills
* Ability to assess needs and develop treatment plans using various OT modalities
* Accurate record-keeping in accordance with HCPC & RCOT standards
* Motivated, responsible, and reliable
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Initiative and innovation
