As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis activities on large, complex digital programmes. You’ll work across multiple teams and technical delivery strands to drive service improvements and deliver real value, ensuring our digital solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities
You will:
* Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs.
* Collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria align with digital roadmaps.
* Translate business and user needs into actionable deliverables and value outcomes.
* Champion continuous learning, set BA standards, and mentor other Business Analysts.
* Prioritise projects in line with strategic goals and manage line‑management and recruitment responsibilities if required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading business analysis activities within complex projects and environments.
* Expert in stakeholder engagement, driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and delivery strands.
* Skilled in mentoring and supporting other BAs, fostering growth and sharing best practices.
* Committed to continuous learning and development, actively building and enhancing your BA toolkit.
Travel Requirements
As part of the role, you may be required to travel regularly to other digital hubs. This counts as working time, and incur no travel costs.
Location & Working Model
Location: Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield.
Hybrid Working: Spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face‑to‑face in a hub.
