This is a day rate contract Inside IR35 £600-800 per day DOE lasting a minimum of 6 months.
The role:
The Transformation Programme Finance Lead plays a key role in effective delivery across the programme.
The Transformation Programme Finance Lead is responsible for managing agreed Transformation budgets as per the Business Case and defining & embedding budgetary control processes in line with the Society's overall Change budget processes. The role will work with the Finance Business Partner, Transformation Leadership, and the Change Management Office Finance Lead to ensure Programme Directors and Senior Leadership can make informed decisions regarding programme budget spend.

Our ideal candidate:
* Experience overseeing multimillion-pound business cases and programmes spanning multiple years
* Previous experience in a similar role within a Change and Programme delivery environment, demonstrating a sound understanding of budget management on large multimillion-pound Transformation programmes
* Experience setting up and embedding finance processes and procedures, managing governance, risk, and resource management processes
* Advanced MS Excel skills; prior experience with Power Query and VBA is preferred
* Professional qualification from a CCAB member body (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS)
