The RTR Group are a well-established Building and Property services company operating in Essex, Kent and across the UK and we are looking for a highly organised Maintenance Coordinator with existing experience to join our Maintenance Team.
The role will involve managing daily scheduling, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires providing out-of-hours support on a rota basis (including weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
Plan engineers daily work schedules and allocate tasks using company platforms.
Communicate with clients, tenants, landlords, and subcontractors.
Monitor job progress, keeping clients updated.
Collect information from engineers to generate quotes for clients.
Process jobs using the companys dedicated platform.
Handle quoting, bidding, and tracking outcomes.
Order materials
Contribute to team meetings to improve service delivery and strengthen relationships.
Carry out general administrative office duties.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Benefits:
