You'll be the go-to person for incoming enquiries-preparing quotes, following up on leads, and making sure everything runs smoothly from initial contact to final order. Confident and comfortable having conversations over the phone Enjoys building rapport and supporting customers Organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced setting Team player and enjoy collaborating across departmentsIn this role, you'll be: Serving as point of contact to customers for product enquiries, pricing & availability Creating & sending out quotes to customers, following up on leads & lapsed quotes to convert into a sale End-to-end management, from initial inquiry, order processing, through to completion Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction & timely delivery What's in it for you?
