What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for enthusiastic optometrists with strong experience in a high street or busy practice setting. You should be confident in delivering excellent, comprehensive patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You will:
* Deliver clinical care in line with professional standards, routine refractions including anterior and posterior eye health assessment (including Volk), and appropriate prescribing
Recognise and manage pathology in accordance with local protocols and guidelines
Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients — including when delivering sensitive news
Maintain accurate and professional clinical records
Adhere to CORU and Specsavers Standards of Practice
Be passionate about continued learning and professional development
Support and collaborate with colleagues, contributing to team development to deliver exceptional patient care
English Language Proficiency:To ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues, a minimum of IELTS Level 7.0 is required
