You and Your Team:
The Credit Risk Analyst will use data-driven insights to develop, implement, and optimise acquisition strategies for VBG.
In your role as a Credit Risk Analyst, you will:
* Support analytical and data-driven projects
* Contribute to workflow or process improvements and understand different products and processes
* Gather and define requirements to create insights and communicate them effectively to management
* Support credit reporting processes, ensuring documentation is complete
* Define data infrastructure requirements for reporting needs
* Support creation of management information reports
* Develop visual reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Power BI or Excel
Knowledge and expertise:
* Strong quantitative skills, with experience in credit analytics
* Understanding of consumer credit, especially in subprime or online lending
* Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks
* Effective planning and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment

The interview process:
* Initial 30-minute phone interview with Talent Acquisition
* Up to 60-minute interview with the hiring team, competency-based
* Final interview with Daniel Betts, Head of Credit Risk
