Working Pattern: +2 days working from the office, 3 days remote
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support key HR functions including reporting, talent management, salary reviews, career development, and employee relations, while contributing to projects and change initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
* Produce monthly HR reports (attrition, utilisation, secondments, talent management).
Talent Management
* Prepare and collate documents for annual process.
* Create reports and presentations.
* Take meeting notes and follow up on actions.
Salary Review
* Support HRBPs with annual salary review.
* Prepare documentation for senior stakeholders.
Career Development
* Maintain accurate CDR records.
* Coordinate Career Development sessions with L&D.
Employee Relations
* Advise on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage probation reviews, performance issues, and terminations.
* Support disciplinary and grievance cases.
* Conduct new joiner and exit interviews.
* Advise on family leave and flexible working.
* Monitor absence and manage long‑term sickness.
Projects & Change
* Assist with development initiatives and change projects.
General HR Support
* Liaise with Resourcing on recruitment approvals.
* Update organisational charts.
* Support ad hoc HR projects.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR advisory roles.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, HRIS – Workday desirable).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
