The Opportunity

We are partnered with a well-established engineering business in Woore seeking an organised, customer-focused Internal Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical interest, and a desire to progress within an engineering environment. Full product training is provided.


Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email

* Prepare accurate and timely quotations

* Select the correct products based on customer requirements

* Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships

* Liaise with customers, Area Sales Managers and the management team

* Monitor and feedback market trends and customer insights

* Use CRM, accounting and sizing software (training provided)

* Identify your own training needs to support ongoing career development

* Support the wider business with any additional duties as required

* Promote and follow company Health & Safety policies
