Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE)

The Role
* Residential development and regeneration acquisitions and disposals
* Strategic land work for housebuilders, promoters, and landowners
* Commercial real estate transactions including leases, landlord & tenant, investment, and portfolio deals
* Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy
* Drafting, negotiating, and advising with commercial clarity
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to team initiatives
You’ll work predominantly on housebuilder and strategic land matters, with exposure to a broad mix of commercial property work across the wider team.
About You
* England & Wales qualified solicitor, 4+ PQE (flexible for strong candidates)
* Experience in residential development, regeneration, and/or strategic land
* Confident handling complex title due diligence
* Strong communicator with a proactive, commercial approach
* Able to commute to Cheltenham at least three days a week
