Who we’re looking for
4. A qualified solicitor with strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work
5. Exposure to HNW and complex matters is highly desirable
6. Able to independently manage a busy caseload from day one
7. Commercially minded with excellent business development skills and an existing professional network
8. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
9. A collaborative and proactive team player with a desire to make a real difference
What you’ll be doing
10. Handling your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy cases, often involving HNW clients and complex assets
11. Building and managing client and referrer relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service
12. Working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues to help shape the direction of the team
13. Actively engaging in BD and marketing activities to support the department’s growth
14. Contributing to a positive, forward-thinking culture that puts clients at the heart of everything
