Responsibilities
* Be the go-to person for administrative support, helping with documentation, correspondence, and coordinating meetings to ensure the department operates efficiently.
* Manage the team\'s rota, track time and attendance, and generate insightful reports to keep everything running like clockwork.
* Support the smooth running of the department with strong communication to stakeholders at all levels and excellent skills with Excel and data analysis.
* Involve yourself in HR-related processes such as recruitment, training, and employee relations, ensuring everything is documented accurately and in line with company policies.
* Assist with performance reviews, helping managers create meaningful reports and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications
* Confident clear communicator with stakeholders at all levels and strong Excel/data analysis skills.
* Experience or involvement in HR-related processes, including recruitment, training, and employee relations, with careful documentation in line with policies.
* Ability to support performance reviews and help generate meaningful reports for growth.
What we offer
The role is based full time in North Lincolnshire (commutable from Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe), with hybrid working available after six months. They are looking to pay up to £26K with an excellent bonus and benefits.
